Terms and conditions
1. General information
This online store is called Taller del Duende. You can contact us at tallerdelduende@hotmail.com. By making a purchase you accept these terms.
2. Products and prices
- Product photos are for guidance; there may be small differences in colour or size.
- Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase.
- Struck-through prices are previous reference prices.
- We may change prices and offers at any time; the price in force when you place your order always applies.
3. Purchase process
To buy, add the products to the cart and complete the checkout page. You'll receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order, which confirms the contract.
4. Payment
Payment is made securely through Shopify's checkout with the methods shown at checkout. We do not store your card details.
5. Shipping, returns and guarantee
Delivery times and costs are described in our shipping policy. The right of withdrawal, returns and the legal guarantee are described in our returns policy.
6. Use of the products
Decorative products with lights must be used according to the instructions. Products intended for children must be used under adult supervision, and the lights must be placed and handled by adults.
7. Liability
We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the products or for delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond our control, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
8. Data protection
We process your personal data according to our privacy policy.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
