Returns and refunds policy
At Taller del Duende we want your purchase to be perfect. If something isn't what you expected, you can return it.
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason. If you bought the Extended Guarantee +30 Days, the period for returns and exchanges is extended to 44 days from receipt.
To exercise it, email us at tallerdelduende@hotmail.com with your order number and the products you want to return. You can also use this model:
To Taller del Duende (tallerdelduende@hotmail.com): I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [products], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date and signature (only if sent on paper).
2. How to return the product
- We'll send you the return address by email. You must send the product back within 14 days of telling us your decision.
- The product must be complete, with all its parts and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product arrives faulty or is not what you ordered.
3. Refund
We'll refund the amount paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the product (or proof that you've sent it) before refunding. The extra cost of Priority Shipping is not refundable once the order has shipped, as the service has been provided.
4. Faulty or damaged products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days with photos of the product and we'll send you a new one or refund you, at no cost to you.
5. Legal guarantee
All our products come with the 3-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Spanish consumer law. This guarantee is independent of the right of withdrawal.
